We keep things calm. No cookies for tracking, no third-party analytics, no ads.
For each transfer we store the uploaded file, the sender's optional email address, the recipient email addresses, an optional message, and an internal transfer ID. Files and metadata are deleted when the transfer expires (default 7 days) or sooner.
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party analytics. We do not sell or share data with advertisers. We do not read or scan the contents of your files.
If you provide an email address, we use it only to send you (or your recipient) the messages required to deliver the file: the share link, a confirmation request, and a download notification. Each email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
Files are stored encrypted at rest with our infrastructure provider. Server logs may contain IP addresses for abuse-prevention and are retained for at most 30 days.
You can request deletion of any active transfer at any time by contacting us. Expired transfers are already deleted automatically.
