Do not use thesend.app to share unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes the rights of others. We may remove any file and revoke any link at our discretion if we suspect abuse.
No accounts, no warranty
The service is provided as-is, without accounts and without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, retention, or recoverability of files.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, thesend.app is not liable for any loss of data, business, or profit arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
